Our History and Mission
Horae Technology Advisory (ex-Horae Technology) was, at its founding in August 2021, an entrepreneurial and independent investment management company approved by the French Financial Market Authority (AMF). The company addressed both private clients and institutional investors through the mutual fund « Horae Opportunities » and the management of customized mandates.
Proprietary Scoring Model
We created a proprietary scoring model to systematically integrate ESG criteria (more than 50 indicators) into the investment process. With the support of the Ecole Polytechnique and IP Paris ecosystem, Horae combines the best ideas from academic research with empirical data analysis. This top-level R&D is now keeping up with Horae Technology Advisory.

His experience in financial asset management has been solidly built up in a variety of market conditions within renowned companies: Société Générale, CPR AM, Covea Finance, Swiss Life Banque Privée. His performance as a fund manager has been recognized by 3 awards.
Ecole Polytechnique & Institut Polytechnique de Paris
As a technological start-up, Horae joined the Ecole Polytechnique and IP Paris ecosystem in 2021 and was connected to innovative players at the Drahi-X Novation Center, a place for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, with programs adapted to its needs.
X-Création, a subsidiary of Ecole Polytechnique (73%) and Fondation de l’Ecole Polytechnique (27%), is a shareholder of Horae Technology Advisory and a strong support upstream for the company’s project.
Vessoa Private Equity
Vessoa Private Equity, founded in 2010, presents an excellent track record in supporting start-ups at an early stage.
Its focus is service providers with a large share of recurring business.
The partners maximize leverage by investing in sectors well known by at least one of them and bring the contacts together with technical and managerial advice.
